If the upgrade is failing, check the file upgrade.log for reasons. Most likely there is a merge conflict with .htaccess . If that happens, move it to something like .htaccess.save , perform the upgrade, and if you're happy with your version of the file, move it back afterward. If the only changes you made were to support cloud folders with spaces in the name, you could also use htaccess.dist; but the contents will probably be identical to your changes.
